The nearly hundred year federal prohibition of narcotics has been the most wasteful and costly attack on constitutional rights in the history of the United States government. Proponents of such injustice are negating the fact that criminalization of free will is historically proven to not only produce more crime, but glamorizes street gangs, drug cartels, and prostitution; and diminishes societal awareness of the consequences of our actions.
In addition to breaking the contract through which The People are bound to the United States government by infringing on our rights; evidence is stacked in the case of alleged, and not so alleged, federal conspiracy to use the drug war as a means to destroy minorities and oppress the general population.
The People’s lack of confidence and overall moral of co-dependency is the only obstacle preventing communities from sewing the federal government for the right to seize control of the drug trade and use the profits pay off drug dealers, get people out of jail, and furthermore provide better community services.
It’s been about thirty-forty years since Heroin and Cocaine started ravaging the streets and about thirty-twenty years since the crack epidemic and it’s only gotten worse… OBVIOUSLY federal tactics are a waste of time, money, and everything else for that matter….
And now comes the final battle over LOGIC!
That’s great and all but you’re doing it all wrong. Our government is breaking the law by locking people up for drugs, and everyone who’s been locked up is owed compensation for damages. Legalizing it the way you’re doing it “by the books” is fucking bullshit! Toes are being stepped on and you are completely negating the enormity of the situation here… Communities, lives, families across the nation are owed big time….
