Why did "Communism" fail in the USSR?
First of all, the USSR was not a “Communist Nation”…. Communism means “public ownership”, if The People do not have a say in how the production they own as a community is operated, it is not Communism….. It’s STATE SOCIALISM!
If Communism is built around community ownership of production operations, then a nation must have production operations to own....
